4-Star Trailers, Inc. Top-of-the-line components always come standard on 4-Star Trailers. Fully customizable, 4-Star products are made almost exclusively of aluminum and stainless steel. 4-Star Trailer Warranty 4-Star Trailers, Inc., hereinafter "4-Star", warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of eight (8) years (Structural) from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser, "Original Purchase Date". Such warranty extends ONLY to the Original Purchaser (the first person, firm, or entity to purchase the trailer from 4-Star or a 4-Star authorized dealer) upon satisfactory compliance with the following conditions: 1. The warranty extended hereby covers only the "Frame Assembly" i.e. the side rails, side and floor extrusions, floor cross members, and sub frame assemblies. Components such as doors, gates, dividers and such other material as are attached directly to the Frame Assembly shall be limited in warranty to one (1) year from the date of Original Purchase. 2. Components not manufactured by 4-Star are covered only by the warranties extended by the manufacturers of such components, and not by 4-STAR. Such non-warranted components include but are not limited to: tires, wheels, coupler, jacks, hub caps, axles, suspension components, hubs, drums, brakes, and all parts associated therewith. Requests for warranty adjustments on these items shall be made directly to their manufacturers, whose names and addresses will be furnished by 4-Star to purchaser upon request. 3. No warranty is extended for damage caused by operator error in failing to torque tighten all lug nuts, check tire condition, breaking abilities and all other conditions normally associated with normal trailer operation. Additionally, operator error in failing to properly attach the trailer to the towing vehicle as prescribed by federal regulations and hitch specifications shall void any warranty otherwise made herein. 4. No warranty is extended for normal wear items, including but not limited to brakes, light bulbs, tires, brake linings, and hoses. 5. This warranty shall not apply to any damage due to loading in excess of the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating displayed on the trailer. Use of the trailer for any purpose not intended shall constitute "misuse" and shall void this warranty. (Axle overloading can only be determined by the axle manufacture). 6. No warranty is extended for floor corrosion, However 4-STAR trailers will consider claims case by case, and are subject to analysis by a metallurgist (only one that 4-STAR authorized). An expense for such an analysis is to be paid by the customer and 4-STAR will reimburse the expenses only in the event the corrosion is caused by faulty aluminum not due to animal urine, salt and/or chemical products. Any claims that is found to be caused by animal urine, salt and/or chemical products as the cause of the corrosion will be denied. (Refer to your owners manual). 7. This warranty shall be automatically void if any modification to the trailer is made without prior written authorization for such from 4-STAR. 8. Only a 4-STAR authorized dealer, who has received prior written authorization from 4 STAR for such specific service or repair, or the 4-STAR Factory, shall be authorized to service or correct any defect in material or workmanship found in any trailer covered by this warranty. 9. Prior written authorization from 4-STAR for any specific repairs and/or adjustments shall be received before any reimbursements shall be made. 10. This warranty does not cover any economic loss including without limitation; payment for the loss of time or pay, inconvenience, loss of trailer use, trailer rental expense, lodging bills, meals, other travel costs, storage charges and other incidental or consequential loss or damage of whatsoever nature. 11. 4-STAR and its authorized dealers reserve the right to make design changes in trailers built and/or sold by them at any time without incurring any obligation to make the same or similar changes to trailers previously built and/or sold by them. 12. This warranty shall apply, and service and/or repairs shall be made only upon prior written approval by 4-STAR. 4-STAR, at its option, prior to approval for service and/or repairs pursuant to this warranty, may require delivery of the damaged part, freight pre-paid, to 4-STAR's Factory, 10,000 N.W. 10th, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73127, providing the damaged trailer for inspection by 4-STAR's authorized representative at 4-STAR's Factory or at a location selected by 4-STAR, or providing color photographs of the damaged trailer or part to 4-STAR. Nothing in the warranty shall be construed to provide reimbursement by 4-STAR for transportation to or from 4-STAR's Factory of any damaged trailer or to or from any alternate location 4-STAR may designate as a location for service and/or repair of the damaged trailer. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; AND IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM SPECIFIED HEREIN, AND NO PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY FURTHER OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON BEHALF OR 4-STAR TRAILERS, INC.

Delta Manufacturing Incorporat Our full line of Delta trailers includes flatbeds, enclosed cargo, livestock, standard horse trailers and fully-enclosed, insulated horse trailers. Delta Manufacturing Warranty Delta Manufacturing, Inc. of Newport, Arkansas, warrants that the body and frame structure of its products, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and if serviced and used in the manner for which the trailer was initially manufactured for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase. Paint warranted for a (6) six month period. This warranty shall not apply to: (1) normal maintenance service or adjustments; (2) any product which may have been altered in any manner by the purchaser; (3) any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident; (4) tires, axles, brakes, wheels or other trade accessories. (These may be subject to the warranty of the manufacturer of each accessory.) Warranty work performed at Delta does not include any freight charges to transport the trailer to the factory. Note that it is the duty of the purchaser to check the wheel lugs and tighten, if necessary, and to insure that the wheel bearing lubricant is sufficient, both within the first 300 miles of use of the purchased product. Specific instructions in this regard are attached. Failure of the user of the purchased product to follow the instructions may result in damage to the purchased product and its accessories. This warranty is void in the event that the user of the purchased product fails to follow the instructions provided herewith. Delta Manufacturing, Inc. specifically disclaims any liability for injury to persons and/or property resulting from the failure of the user of the purchased product to follow instructions provided herewith. Undercarriage components (springs, axles, hubs, drums, bearings, brakes, U-bolts and wheels), are subject to a one year parts only warranty provided that defective parts are deemed faulty by authorized personnel of Delta Manufacturing, Inc., and are returned, freight paid, to Delta Manufacturing, Inc., of Newport, Arkansas. Due to the “in use” volatility of elements beyond the control of Delta Manufacturing, Inc., the wiring and lights of its trailers are warranted only to be correct and in working condition at the time of acceptance by the original purchaser. No warranty shall apply to these components thereafter. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No person is authorized to give any warranty or to assume any other liability on behalf of Delta Manufacturing, Inc. Delta Manufacturing, Inc. reserves to right to redesign or change its equipment or component parts without incurring the obligation to install or furnish such changes or equipment on previously delivered trailers or other products.

Warranty Doolittle Trailers is warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (3) years on Cargos and (1) on Utility & Master Dump, except as herein limited, from date of purchase. The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts, which, in the opinion of the company, shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period commencing with the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any part or parts which have been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse or which have been modified, altered or repaired by any other than Doolittle Trailer Mfg., Inc. This warranty shall not apply if the trailer has been subjected to loads in excess of it rated capacity. Limitations and Exclusions This warranty shall not extend to: 1) Equipment which has been modified, repaired, or altered in any way without the express written consent of Doolittle Trailer Mfg., Inc. Modified includes any special modifications such as paint or exterior modifications not manufactured by Doolittle Trailer Mfg., Inc. 2) Unreasonable use (including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance). 3) Defacing: scratches, dents, chips, tears and defacing on any surface not caused by Warrantor 4) Damage from unauthorized repairs, abuse, misuse or neglect. 5) Tires, axles, axle assemblies, suspension components or any other equipment or part, which is warranted separately by he respective manufactures of, said components. 6) Any parts not supplied by Doolittle Trailer Mfg., Inc. 7) Any part that requires replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear. 8) Manufacturer liability and obligation is limited to repair or replacement of product to original manufacture specifications. 9) Doolittle Trailer Mfg., Inc. reserves the right for final determination whether or not the product has been abused or misused by the Purchaser. Design Changes Warrantor reserves the right to change the design of its products from time to time without notice and with no obligation to make corresponding changes in its products previously manufactured. State laws vary from state to state. Doolittle Trailer Mfg., Inc. assumes no responsibility for any trailer not meeting state's specifications.
