Cowboy Classics Conversions Inc. is the mo corp. that issues the warranty

1. WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:
Cowboy Classics Conversions, Inc., (CC) expressly warrants to you, the original purchaser of a trailer that the craftsmanship of the improvements made to the trailer by CC were free from defects in the composition of material and workmanship and was in accordance with then present industry standards of such products.
2. DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY AND NOTICE REQUIREMENTS:
This limited warranty is applicable to defects in components manufactured CC and which are not excluded in paragraph 6 of this limited warranty, and which defects are discovered within a period of two (2) years from the purchase date indicated on the reverse of this limited warranty. For warranty service, contact the Dealer from whom you purchased the trailer and whose address appears on the reverse of this limited warranty or the Warranty Manager at CC. The Warranty Manager at CC must approve the warranty claim before any repairs are undertaken. All repairs must be made at a CC Service Center. Any repairs made at any other facility other than a CC Service Center will not be covered by this warranty.
3. WARRANTY TRANSFER:
This Warranty is transferable any time within its two (2) year duration. Transferee will receive balance of the remaining original warranty period. This warranty can be transferred one (1) time only. Trailer must pass inspection by the Warranty Manager at CC or one of CC's Service Centers prior to warranty transfer. There is a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) transfer fee due upon transfer of documentation on date of this inspection.
4. REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM CC:
In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, CC, in its sole discretion, will:
(A) Correct the defective work or replace the defective parts on a no-charge basis at the CC plant or one of its Service Centers.
(B) Reimburse the original purchaser by paying a sum not exceeding the price charged by CC for such work or parts, or
(C) Provide for repair of the defect or replacement of the defective parts by an authorized CC service dealer or service center. CC, may at its option, require the defective part or trailer to be returned to CC's main plant or a CC authorized service dealer or service center, as CC may determine. All transportation charges in connection with a warranty claim will be the sole responsibility of the warranty claimant.
5. REMEDIES NOT AVAILABLE FROM CC:
The obligations stated in the preceding paragraph are the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES available from CC, in the event of issues with the improvements made to the trailer by CC. CC will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or any other legal theory. CC reserves the right to make changes in design or make additions and/or improvements to its products without being obligated to make similar installations or modifications to products covered by this warranty.
6. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:
This limited warranty does not cover:
(A) Damage or loss caused, in whole or in part, by accident or negligence or by the abuse, misapplication or misuse of the trailer or any of its component parts.
(B) Any transportation charge to or from factory or service center.
(C) Normal wear items due to wear.
(D) Items which are not manufactured or constructed by CC., including but not limited to: refrigerators, stoves, propane fuel tanks and televisions. If these items are warranted by the manufacturer or supplier thereof, and such warranty may be extended to the original Purchaser.
CC will assign such warranties as may be capable of assignment and make available copies thereof for review.
(E) Damage or loss caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God.
(F) Any consequential or incidental damages incurred as a result of any defect, to include loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle or any other fees incurred by purchaser relating to any warranted claim.
(G) CC does not warrant that the trailer is water tight and any damage which may occur from outside water infiltration of the trailer will be the responsibility of the trailer owner.
(H) Acts of third parties over whom CC has no control.
7. WHAT WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY:
MISUSE, NEGLECT, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR, ALTERATIONS, OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE NORMAL MAINTENANCE SHALL VOID THIS WARRANTY. Likewise the hauling of the trailer with a vehicle which is a ton and ½ or larger which is not equipped with an air ride coupler or the equivalent.
8. NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CC CONCERNING THE ALLOCATION OF THE RISKS OR DAMAGE OR LOSS. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS AND NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY FURTHER OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON BEHALF OF CC.
9. ALLOCATION OF RISKS:
THIS AGREEMENT ALLOCATES THE RISKS OF DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING FROM PRODUCT DEFECTS BETWEEN CC AND PURCHASER AND THIS ALLOCATION IS RECOGNIZED BY BOTH PARTIES.
To qualify for protection under the CC Limited Warranty; the registration information form (on the reverse) must be completed, signed and mailed to CC within ten (10) days from the delivery of the customized trailer to the original purchaser.
